张玄和 博士 聘教授
现任教于肇庆学院电子与电气工程学院。2006年于国立成功大学微电子工程研究所获得博士学位。在台湾光宝电子股份有限公司-研发工程师(LED芯片外延),联亚光电-制造部副理(半导体激光器,光检测器芯片外延(by MOCVD))。在中国国内外公开发表论文37篇,其中SCI 22篇、EI 8篇、中文期刊4篇、专利3项。现为《Sensors and Actuators A: Physical》,《Journal of Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technology》,《Materials Science and Engineering: B》,《Surface and Coatings Technology》,《Materials Letters》,《Metals and Materials International》等期刊审稿人。申请发明专利3件、已授权3件。
